Salt on Stafford is located on the upper ground floor of a small apartment block directly opposite the Gerroa Post Office and General Store, and only a 2 minute walk down to Blue Swimmer Cafe at Seahaven or Seven Mile Beach.
Key features - Salt on Stafford is in a great location for those who want to be within easy walking distance to the beach. The apartment is neat,tidy andvery spacious it feels more like a house than an apartment. Great views of Seven Mile beach from the living/dining area and front deck.
Configuration - Salt on Stafford is a large two level apartment with 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed and built in wardrobedownstairs and one with 2 single beds and built in wardrobeupstairs there is also an upstairs living area upstairswith double sofa bed that can be used as a third bedroom.
There is one bathroom downstairs with shower, bath, vanity and toilet.
The kitchen, dining and living are are spacious and open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with hot plate, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee pod machine,and ironing facilities. The living area has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and sliding doors that open to the balcony. There is a shared laundry with washing machine around the back of the apartment complex.
Outdoors - Salt on Stafford has a spacious balcony at the front of the property with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. There is also a shared grass area at the front of the property.
Heating and cooling - The living/ dining area can be opened up to take in the ocean breeze, there is gas heating for the cooler months
Linen -Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking -There is off street, open air parking for 1 caron the driveway in the marked spot. Other cars can park on the street at the front of the property.

Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/ WiFi access -This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
