It is built up on the headland to take advantage of the beautiful ocean views. Seven Mile Beachis a short walk away or stroll up the road to the Blue Simmer cafe and general store.

Configuration - Sea for Miles is a spacious single level home with 5 bedrooms.
In the master bedroom there is a French iron King bed with bedside tables, lights, chair, large wardrobe and ensuite bathroom,bedroom 2has an antique walnut Double bed, chest of drawers, chair, and bedside table, bedroom 3 has double bed, shelves, bedside light, chair, and reverse cycle air conditioning . The last two bedrooms are towards the back of the house, bedroom 4 has a queen bed, bedside table and light, chest of drawers and robe, and bedroom 5 has 2 single beds, a sofa and alarge screen TV thatplays DVDs.
There are 3 bathrooms, bathroom 1 is an ensuite bathroom to master bedroom with shower, vanity and toilet, bathroom 2 isbetween bedrooms 2 and 3, with shower, vanity and toilet, and bathroom 3 at rear of house close to bedrooms 4 and 5, with vanity, toilet and large 2 person spa bath, next to bathroom 3 is thelaundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, sink and ironing facilities
The front of the house is open plan with combined kitchen and dining room. It has sliding doors to a balcony with views across the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric induction cook top, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge plus ample cutlery, crockery and glassware and lots of kitchen appliances blender, bread maker, coffee machine etcThere is an island bench with two stools and a big beautiful, round oak dining table with seating for 10 perfect for family dinners.
At the rear of the house is the main living area with 3 comfy couches, flat screen TV with Netflix, lots of DVDs, books and board games, this is the ideal spot for a movie marathon or family games night There is also a table tennis table that you can fold out and play, and a trifold door that opens to the back courtyard.
Outdoors - There is a long balcony off the front of the property with 2 sun loungers. A great spot for sun baking or taking in the ocean views. There is a courtyard at the back of the property withviews over the farm land and the occasional cow coming to say hi over the fence. The courtyard has a large outdoor table with seating for 10, a BBQ and a wood fired oven with wood provided.
The front of the property is landscaped with tropical succulents, and there is a small patch of lawn.
Heating and cooling - Sea for Miles has gas heating for warmth in the living area and kitchen/dining area, there arefans and sea breezes to cool andreverse cycle air con in one of the front bedrooms.
Linen - Pillows, blankets,doonas, Sheridansheetsand bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for 2 cars on the parking platform at the top of the driveway, and space for another car at the bottom of the driveway
Pets - Sea for Miles is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
A pet surcharge of $50 applies
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
Part of the yard is fully fenced
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately

Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
