This newly renovated and highly modernised two story home is all about relaxation. Sit on the top floor balconies, both front and back of the home, to enjoy sunrise, sunset and wonderful water views. Downstairs the kids can amuse themselves having a game of table tennis or playing in the large grassed back garden.

Living, Kitchen and Dining upstairs:
The upstairs living/dining area, which opens out onto balconies both north and south facing, has sofas and easy chairs in front of the wall mounted TV, a DVD player and an ipod dock

The kitchen is all electric with oven, hotplate, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
The living area opens onto two outdoor balconies. On the front balcony there is a small round table and 2 chairs, so you can sit, enjoy a glass of wine and the view. On the back deck which is north facing and has wonderful sunsets, there is an al fresco dining table with chairs for 8, plus gas BBQ.

1 King bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower,vanity and toilet. Hanging space for clothes, chest of drawers.

A second living space downstairs has another TV and comfy sofa.
The long games room has a laundry with washing machine/dryer in one corner, but is mostly taken up with a table tennis table.
A lawned back garden gives the kids room to play, and if you need more space for flying a kite or playing Olympic games, then just pop out the back gate onto the Blackhead Point Reserve which leads down to Shelley Beach and the rock platform that surrounds the headland. Or stay indoors and play table tennis.
Outdoor shower so you can wash off sand after a wonderful day at the beach.
