Location - Please scroll down to see this property's exact location on Google maps. Lands End is located on the Gerroa headland, at the northern end of Seven Mile Beach. It has stunning views over farm land and to the ocean. Lands End is only a 3 minute drive to the beach or 15 minute walk.
Key features - Lands End is in a great location for those that want to relax and take in the views. It has a waterfront feel, overlooking beautiful beach coves. The house is beautifully styled with a coastal country feel and all the comforts of home.
Configuration - Lands End is a single level home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with views over the ocean, bedroom 2 has a queen bed with garden views and bedroom 3 has a queen bed with views over the headland. There is also an additional lounge/ TV room with a queen sofa bed that can be used as a 4th bedroom.
There is main bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet, and an ensuite bathroom to the king bedroom.
The large combined living/kitchen/dining room has a sunny breakfast area, 3 sets of big sliding doors that open up to let the ocean breeze in, Nespresso coffee machine BYO pods, dining table to seat 10, and gas log fireplace. In the living area there is a 42" HD Plasma TV with Sony integrated sound bar for TV and Bluetooth connectivity, Apple TV, iPod dock and extensive DVD library.
Outdoors - Lands End has a full width deck at the back of house - overlooking the ocean - as well as a large side deck that offers privacy and protection from any breeze. The deck is equipped with deck chairs, and outdoor table and chair setting, and a gas BBQ. The lawn adjoins farm land, sometimes busy with grazing cows
Heating and cooling - Lands End has a gas log fireplace in the living room. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the living areas can be opened up to take in the ocean breeze.
Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, luxury linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for 1 car on the driveway, and street parking for 2 cars.
Pets - Land End is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
Small dogs only
A pet surcharge of $50 applies
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The yard is not fenced
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Minimum stay - There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet / WIFI access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
