Configuration - The Shed is a single level unique home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The bedrooms & bathrooms are located off the oversized feature hallway, and include; the master king bedroom with views down to Walker's Beach and ensuite bathroom with claw foot bath, open rain shower, vanity, toilet and deluxe bathrobes.
The queen bedroom with French doors opening onto the garden, and the bunk/kids room with two sets of bunk beds 4 single beds, French doors opening to garden, a lounge, Samsung TV, and DVD player, Sony Playstation 3 and plenty of room for the kids to play.
The main bathroom is located close by to the bedrooms and has a hobless shower, toilet, and deep sink with LG washing machine.
The main living area features an open plan lounge and dining area capturing the magnificent farm and ocean views with a galley kitchen along one side wall. This flows onto the northern lawn and covered eastern terrace. There is an LG sound system.
The dining table seats 10 comfortably and is separated from the lounge by a stand out double-sided wood fireplace.
The industrial style galley kitchen is adjacent to the lounge and dining area which all flow onto a breezeway space that features a 4 metre glass fold up door and sliding wall to truly make this an exceptional indoor/outdoor space - whatever the season. The kitchen has an LG electric oven, an LG gas hob, a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, 4 slice toaster Delonghi coffee machine, coffee plunger, plenty of glasses, crockery, cutlery, serving dishes, pots and pans.
Outdoors - The Shed is surrounded by 100 acres of lush green farmland. Disconnect while you lounge around the firepit and watch the kids climb trees and explore There is a tree swing, outdoor bean bags, deck chairs, and an outdoor shower
Heating and cooling - Each bedroom as The Shed has a ceiling fan and and electric heater. There is a double sided wood fireplace and ceiling fans in the living/dining/kitchen space
Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for 3 cars in the parking bay next to the house

Minimum stay - There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Year’s Day public holidays.
Internet/Wifi access - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay
