Configuration - Green Door is a double storey home. Downstairs there are three bedrooms. Bedroom One with a double bed, Bedroom Two with one bunk bed two singles one tri-bunk bed double below, single above and Bedroom Three with a queen bed. There is also one bathroom with a step up shower, single vanity and toilet and a laundry area near back door: with a tub, washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Upstairs there are two living areas, the main is combined with the dining area and has a six seater corner sofa, coffee table, large flat screen Panasonic TV, LG DVD player, selection of DVDs, and Dining table with seating for eight.
The kitchen has electric hob, Electric Oven, Dishwasher, Fridge/freezer, Microwave, Coffee Machine.
A separate TV/living room is located behind the kitchen with five seater corner sofa plus other chairs, flat screen TV with DVD players, games and magazines. There is also a second bathroom located behind the kitchen with toilet, basin and shower.
Outdoors - Fully fenced courtyard garden with outlook table and chairs, basketball hoop, outdoor hot shower, clothes line and grassed area. Undercover entertainment deck with gas BBQ, table, chairs and lounge setting.
Heating and cooling - Heaters are provided for the cooler months, there are ceiling fans and stand fans for summer.
Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for two cars on the driveway.
Pets - Green Door is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
A pet surcharge of $50 applies
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
Part of the yard is fully fenced
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WIFI - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay
