Location -Beach Retreat is in a great location. There's a park with swings and slides just a couple of doors down the road and a pathway that offers a short cut to the mouth of Crooked River and Little Beach. You are also a short stroll away from the award winning Blue Swimmer Restaurant and Cafe. The upstairs balcony has views of the ocean and beautiful Seven Mile Beach.

Configuration -Beach Retreat is a large double storey home with plenty of room for a family or friends.
Upstairs has a queen bedroom and ensuite, living area and bar, and entertaining deck to enjoy the views.
Downstairs hasthe remaining three bedrooms a queen size, and two rooms with two single beds, the main living area and two bathrooms, one with bath, shower and separate toilet, and the other with shower and toilet.
Both upstairs and downstairs living areas have air conditioning, TVs, and a great selection of DVDs. The modern, fully equipped kitchen leads to the covered outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ that overlooks a spacious grassed back garden. There is also a laundry with washing machine.
Outdoors - The large grassed fully fenced backyard with landscaped gardens offers great privacy. There is also an undercover entertaining area with gas BBQ and an upstairs entertaining deck with chairs and table and a view of the ocean.
Heating and cooling -Beach Retreat is air conditioned throughout - upstairs and downstairs.
Linen -Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking -There is off street, open air parking for up to three cars on the driveway.

Minimum stay -There is a minimum twonight stay for all bookings, which changes to threenights on long weekends, fournights at Easter and sevennight blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access -This property provides complimentary wifi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency northe owner canguarantee 100 that the wifi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
