Location - Surfscape is in a great location. There's a park with swings and slides down the road and a pathway which offers a short cut to the mouth of Crooked River and Little Beach. During the peak summer period, the beach is patrolled by our local surf club, - remember to swim between the flags. You are also a short stroll away from the award winning Blue Swimmer Cafe and the very popular Gerroa Fishermen's Club. There is a general store and post office and the nearby town of Gerringong is a six minute drive away.

Key features - This home has everything you will need for your next holiday Four generous bedrooms, three separate toilets, two bathrooms, three showers, large spacious lounges which flow seamlessly onto the front and rear entertaining decks. Make sure you take a look through the telescope and binoculars to see if you can spot apod of dolphins or migrating whales. Have a game of table tennis, take a spin on our exercise bike or just relax in the massage chair after your walk on the beach.
Configuration - When you enter Surfscape through the spacious entry foyer you will find yourself on the ground level with three bedrooms: two with a queen bed each and one with two sets of bunk beds, along with a bathroom with full size bath, separate shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, enjoy the very spacious kitchen,and gather around the impressive 12 seater dining table. The lounge area, with fire place and 65 inch TV boasts views of Seven Mile Beach. The master bedroom, with a king bed, has a two-way en-suite to the rear lounge. There are four smart TVs on the property all with inbuilt Netflix so you can continue watching your favourite shows.
Outdoors -Enjoy outdoor living at its finest Make the most of summer in the pool that looks onto neighbouring farmland affording you privacy. BBQ on the fully covered rear deck or admire the water views from the front deck. You will find an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after spending the day at the beach.
Heating and cooling - Surfscape has reverse cycle central air conditioning upstairs, along with ceiling fans and louvered windows. The house has been cleverly designed to catch the breeze when you open the louvres and doors during summer. In the winter the combustion fire will keep you warm and cosy as you watch the changing surfscape from our oversized lounges.
Linen - Linen and bath towels are supplied at Surfscape. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
Parking - There is parking in the double garage, as well as room for up to three cars on the driveway.
Pets - Sorry, Surfscape is not a pet friendly property. Please contact us for a list of our many pet friendly options.
Special information -Please note there is a queen sized wall bed in rear lounge. If you would like to make use of the bed please book Surfscape sleeping 12 or please call our office for more information.
Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day, Easter public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access - This property provides complimentary fast wifi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100 that the wifi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
