The kitchen is original in style and has all that you need to entertain and cook whilst away and has a breakfast bar to help feed the kids. The main lounge has a gas heater to make those cold winter nights nice and cosy and pedestal fans for summer. The sun room is the perfect place to relax and unwind with 3 armchairs to settle back in, there is a TV in both the lounge and sun room area. There is separate toilet for convenience.
Greenwell Point itself is located about 15 mins east of Nowra and is one of the leading seafood ports in the Shoalhaven. A small fleet of trawlers bring back their catch from off shore and the local oyster farms provide a veritable oyster feast. Greenwell Point is also well known for its safe boating conditions and locations.
