Hawkesnest is a lovely complex of five    luxurious townhouses - each beautifully appointed with luxury bedding, linen, appliances and furnishings. And all within very easy walking distance of White Sands Park and its beautiful beach. You will not be disappointed

Location - Hawkesnest   is very centrally located at 44 Hawke Street,Huskisson. It iswithin walking distance of either the town centre and harbour, or the local beaches. Rear lane access also gives safer and easier access to either White Sands Park and its beautiful   beach 250   metre    walk via Bowen Street, or Huskission Beach 400   metre    walk via Nowra Street.

Key Features - all townhouses in   Hawkesnest are stylish, well appointed, carefully designed and fully landscaped - offering the complete package for a great weekend getaway or holiday.

Configuration -   this townhouse has a single storey configuration - a single lock up garage with internal access to the unit, anopen plan kitchen, dining and living area, outdoor covered deck with BBQ, a shared   bathroom bath, shower and toilet, and two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with two    singles. The laundry is located inside the garage, and there is a also a separate, second toilet.

All units at Hawkesnest have rear lane access to make the walk to the beaches easier, as well as use of the communal outdoor shower when you return.

Outdoors - the townhousehas an outdoor, covereddeck with table and chairs and    BBQ. All gardens in the complex are fully landscaped and privacy screening and fencing has been erected where needed. There is rear lane access for walking to the beach and a shared outdoor shower.

Heating and Cooling - the townhouse has one split system airconditioning unit in the downstairs living,   kitchen, dining area, and heaters and blankets are provided for each bedroom for the cooler months.

Linen - linen and bath towels are provided at Hawkesnest. Please  remember to bring your favourite    beach towels.

Parking - parking is available for one    vehicle in an extra wide single lock up garage. The complex also has two visitor spaces servicing four    of the units.

Pets -  3/44 Hawke Street is not pet friendly.  Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options. 

Minimum stay - there is a minimum two    night stay for all bookings, which changes to three    nights on long weekends, four    nights at Easter and seven    night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January. 

Peak changeover day - please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

Special information - please be aware that the central driveway is shared by all five    units and access should not be blocked.

Internet / Wi-Fi access  -  NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW.  If your  house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you may use it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra.  Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi.  If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great family getaway! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hawkesnest. The townhouse was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 6 night visit. The location was ideal - a short walk to the beach, shops and park which meant we rarely even needed to take the car out of the garage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Would recommend First thing we noticed upon arrival was how very clean and new 3/44 Hawke st was. It was a pleasure to stay in beds that were comfortable, with a good shower, good heating and cooling, fresh and clean linen and great location (short walk to beach, park and main street with cafes, shops and restaurants). A great house to stay at as a couple or small family. Only small downside was the kitchen wasn't stocked very well. Too few cutlery and cooking utensils, no baking trays and only 1 small baking dish. For an extended stay (we stayed 12 nights) this makes daily life a bit more difficult and we ended up having to buy trays to cook on and some other things. That being said, all the other factors outweighed and we would highly recommend and consider staying again if we go back to the area

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing getaway We had an awesome time over the Christmas break staying at Hawkes Nest Villas. The fact we could bring along our pug and give her a backyard to run around in for the week was such a nice change of pace. The Villa was sparkling clean, everything we needed was there, including a great Weber Bbq which we used every day. The location was perfect, 5 mins walk each way to the beach or shops and only a short drive from a range of other beautiful beaches and supermarkets when in need of a stock up. I will definitely be back again, and highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Immaculate property Hawkesnest is a fantastic property. Everything was amazing. Well appointment and fantastic. Close to everything and for us dog friendly with a small backyard. We look forward to visiting again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clean and spacious We stayed for two nights in August. House is a new build, well kept and well equipped. The reverse cycle air con. was an added bonus in this chilly weather. We will stay again when we are in the area.
