As you walk in, you are greeted by a formal lounge that continues through to an open kitchen/dining area and on again to the private courtyard. The laundry and 3rd toilet are also located on this level.
All the bedrooms are upstairs as is the kids retreat/TV room with water glimpses from the verandah. Two of the three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and main and ensuite bathrooms are on this top level also.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond;

The rates displayed on STAYZ are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods incur a surcharge;
Easter: 4 night minimum stay;
June & October long weekend: 3 night minimum stay;
