Like the idea of going to sleep with the sound of waves gently lapping at the shore? This delightful townhouse that has recently been significantly updated, right on the beach, allows you to do just that. With access to the beach from a short bush path, you can wander the white sands of Jervis Bay or head directly to the National Park, also at your doorstep. On the other hand, you might choose to sit and enjoy the peaceful bay view from your outdoor dining area.This home will give you the ultimate Hyams holiday experience

This property is professionally managed as part of the largest portfolio of 100+ holiday houses in Jervis Bay with its office in Hyams Beach and 7 x 24 customer service.

"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special -this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.

Location - This home is located at the southern end of Hyams Beach village in and end block on a very quiet street. It faces Hyams main beach and is adjacent to the bush but only a stroll from the cafe.

Key Features -This home has recently undergone significant updates. You will find brand new linen, a new TV and a new BBQ.All the bedrooms either upstairs or at the back of the house and all living areas are at the front facing the beach. The paved outdoor entertainment nook fronts on to a lovely little garden area where there is a bush track down to the beach.

Configuration - There are 3 bedrooms, 2 x queens and 1 x 2 singles, all with built-ins and ceiling fans, the main also having an en-suite and private balcony. There is a bath and separate laundry, and open plan kitchen and dining that overlooks the slightly sunken lounge. This gives access to the outdoors via a glass sliding door.

Outdoors - There is a lovely communal garden/lawn just beyond the paved outdoor BBQ area which has an awning. Beyond the lawn is native bush which leads down to the beautiful Hyams Beach. The property has an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Heating and Cooling - This home is complete with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and there are electric heaters in the living room and master bedroom. The property is also provided with lots of blankets to keep everyone warm and cosy during the cooler winter months.

Linen -This home does supply linen. Please however remember to bring your beach towels.

Parking - There is one single lock up garage available for use by guests, that being the third one along from the ocean side of the complex. Take care as it is not the one directly opposite your front door, but one along A key on the guest set opens the door to the garage, and the roller door is then manually opened from inside the garage. It is best at this complex to park inside the garage as the driveway area is small and you do not want to block other guests or residents.

Pets - Sorry, this is not a pet friendly property.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January

Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

Internet / Wi-Fi access- This home offers complimentary WIFI.

Special information - It is best at this complex to park inside the garage as the driveway area is small and you do not want to block other guests or residents.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great holiday house Great holiday house which is a very short walk from the beautiful beach. Loved the relaxed vibes and little touches made it a good getaway and a nice place to unwind- got to see lots of birds thanks to the bird food in the backyard section. Lots of spacious bedrooms and a big bathroom were also great. Very close to the local cafe and supermarket also.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Location - Great for Families We absolutely loved our 4 days at 4/6 Lister. Location is amazing and outlook from master bedroom was gorgeous. Particularly liked the little things the owners had done to make it a stress free break, eg - good quality linen, shampoos etc, basic food things (spice, salt, coffee etc). This was about our 10th stay at Jervis Bay and probably rates as our most enjoyable largely due to quality of accommodation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceeded my expectations This was the highlight of our holiday. The location was perfect. I could head the waves from my bed and there was lots of bird life to observe. The beach was ideal for swimming, even in winter. The house was exceptionally well appointed with quality crockery and royal Copenhagen China which was a lovely touch.
