Amazing views is a casual and comfortable, older style beach house, with probably the best views in all of Hyams Beach It is only a 300m walk from beautiful Chinamans Beach and has a fantastic elevated position, catching the sea breeze. It is a very good, affordable option in Hyams Beach, but again, older style - kitchen, bathrooms and carpeting. But if you are OK with this, you will love the location and the views, and will have a great holiday

"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special -this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location - The property is at the northern end of the village. It is close to Chinaman's Beach and the national park walks that take you through to Greenfields and Blenheim beaches.

Configuration - A great kids area downstairs with bedroom two single beds and two trundles and a sitting area with bathroom. The main living area of the house is upstairs where dining, kitchen and lounge are at the front of the house wrapped around by a large deck. The large lounge has a wood fire for wintery nights. The deck has sensational views, is a great size and has an outdoor setting and BBQ area. Bedrooms, bathroom and laundry are located at the back of the house where there is also access to the back yard.
Outdoors - Amazing Views has a level backyard that backs on to the bush. The house is set up high and back from the street. The front deck offers up amazing views of the bay and is a great space for outdoor living.
Heating and Cooling - There is a ceiling fanand a combustion wood fireplace in the living room.
Linen - Amazing Viewsdoes not supply linen. Linen is to be supplied by tenant or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.
Parking - There is off and on street parking for multiple cars. The driveway is quite steep.
Pets -Sorry, Amazing Views is not a pet friendly property.
Minimum Stays - There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 7 night blocks during the peak period. The peak period runs December to January

Internet / Wi-Fi access- please be aware that there is no ADSL in Hyams Beach and poor ADSL internet in most other areas of Jervis Bay. As a result, until the NBN is rolled out, none of our houses offers internet access. If a house has internet, you may use it but with no guarantee by us or the owner re its reliability. If you bring an internet dongle, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise guests go to various cafes in Huskisson, the Sanctuary Point Public Library or the St Georges Basin Country Club - all of which provide free Wi-Fi.
