Sea Point is a comfortable, older style, and character filled 3-level beach house with spectacular 180 degree views across Jervis Bay from its large wrap-around deck. The house sleeps 6, has huge light filled living areas and is an easy 200m walk to Chinamans Beach.

"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special - this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location - Sea Point is located at the northern end of the village on a high point that overlooks Chinamans Beach, the village, National Park and Jervis Bay. It is a quiet, secluded pocket while still close to everything.
Key features - Sea Point has lovely, spacious living areas with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The house is laid out in an open and very comfortable configuration with simply spectacular views from all rooms, main and upstairs decks.
Configuration - Sea Point is a three level house. On the ground level there is a large parking area at the top of the driveway with stairs leading to the second and main living floor. There is no access to the ground garage floor.
The main floor has large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, bathroom and toilet for the house. There is also a large deck on both sides offering remarkable views.
A spiral staircase leads to the third level which is occupied by the two bedrooms, one of which has a queen bed, and the other a queen plus bunk bed. The main bedroom has a private deck.
Outdoors As noted, Sea Point has wrap-around decks with spectacular views the perfect spot for dolphin and whale watching. On the main deck there is a gas barbeque. At the front, a large parking area for 3 cars and at the back, a small natural backyard with clothes line backing on to the National Park. Watch for friendly possums and kangaroos that often visit.
Heating and Cooling - Sea Point comes with a fireplace and two pedestal fans.
Linen - Sea Point supplies linen and bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
Parking - There is parking for 3 cars at the top of a steep concrete driveway. There is a reversing bay at the top to allow for easier access back down the driveway.
Pets - Sea Point is a pet friendly property.
Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Internet / Wi-Fi access- please be aware that there is no ADSL in Hyams Beach and poor ADSL internet in most other areas of Jervis Bay. As a result, until the NBN is rolled out, none of our houses offers internet access. If a house has internet, you may use it but with no guarantee by us or the owner re its reliability. If you bring an internet dongle, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise guests go to various cafes in Huskisson, the Sanctuary Point Public Library or the St Georges Basin Country Club - all of which provide free Wi-Fi.
Special information -Take care when entering or leaving the property as the driveway is steep. Lotus Street is a dual carriage street with one-way systems in place. This said, for lower style vehicles, it is easier to enter the driveway from the right as you go up and left as you exit.
