Cyrus Heights is a wonderful villa, repeatedly described by guests as a real home. It has quality furnishings throughout with beach views. The beach is only 50 metres away and accessible through a bush track. Sleep to the sound of lapping waves and wake to the beautiful calls of the many surrounding native birds.

Location - Cyrus Heights is situated at the southern end of Hyams village on the bush bordering Booderee National Park. It is 5 minutes stroll to the cafe and 50 metres from the beach.
Key Features - Entrance from a side gate into a private courtyard entry point. This villa has everything you need and is set both in a lovely garden and right on the beach.
Configuration - The split level property comprises three bedrooms 1 queen room with ensuite, a 2nd queen room and 1 trio room, a toilet, shared bathroom, internal laundry, and an open plan, light and airy kitchen / dining / sunken lounge. The lounge has direct access to an outdoor entertaining area, lovely garden, and beach access that is right at the door.
Outdoors - There is a small BBQ area and communal lawn that fronts onto the bush above Hyams Beach. You can take a private bush track down to beautiful Jervis Bay.
Heating and Cooling - Cyrus Heights is equipped with ceiling fans in the master bedroom, the living room and bedroom 2. There are also 3 electric heaters.
Linen - Sorry linen is not provided for Cyrus Heights. Linen is to be supplied by guest or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.
Parking - There is a single car garage for guests. Please enter the garage from the side door and open the roller door from inside. The complex has shared visitor parking. Please be mindful of this and do not occupy visitor spaces for the whole duration of your stay.
Pets -Sorry, Cyrus Heights is not a pet friendly property.
Minimum stay - There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Internet / Wi-Fi access - please be aware that there is no ADSL in Hyams Beach and poor ADSL internet in most other areas of Jervis Bay. As a result, until the NBN is rolled out, none of our houses offers internet access. If a house has internet, you may use it but with no guarantee by us or the owner re its reliability. If you bring an internet dongle, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise guests go to various cafes in Huskisson, the Sanctuary Point Public Library or the St Georges Basin Country Club - all of which provide free Wi-Fi.
Special Information - The entrance is by a side gate at the back and to the right of the block.
