"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special -this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location - Elandra is located on the waterfront side of Cyrus Street and has a private staircase leading down to the beach. It is also next door, yet in a secluded and private mannter,to the Hyams Beach cafe and has private beach access to the main beach. Location is perfect therefore
Key features - Elandra is a large two level home that can comfortably sleep a few families or a large group. It has spectacular views and is stylishly furnished with several living areas.
Configuration - Elandra is a two level house with a small entry foyer on the upper level. The front of the house encompasses a large open living area with fireplace, dining room, functional kitchen and a large veranda all with spectacular views of Hyams Beach and beyond. Also on this level is a TV nook, a study, a three way bathroom, laundry and the master bedroom incl. ensuite, a single bedroom, and two queen rooms.Downstairs has a small kitchenette, living area, bathroom and three bedrooms.
Heating and Cooling - Elandra is complete with a fireplace, three electric heaters and gas heaters. There are also four ceiling fans throughout the house.
Linen - Linen is supplied at Elandra.Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels.
Parking - there is a remote controlled garage space and parking in front of this for up to four cars depending on size.
Pets - Elandra is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
Minimum stay -there is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day - please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Internet / Wi-Fi access- This property does have Wi-Fi and a password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You mayuse th house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.Elandra offers limited Pay TV channels via Foxtel, however, smart TVs are provided and you can access your Netflix account via these TVs. No DVD player is provided. You can bring your own external hard drive as well.
