"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special - this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location - Akora at Hyams is located in a prime position on the main access road into Hyams Beach. It is a very short stroll to the cafe and to the white sand beaches in Hyams. The house also has a beautiful bay vista from the upstairs deck.

Configuration -Akora at Hyams is a large two storey house. The downstairs level comprises a welcoming entrance foyer, three bedrooms one of which is the main with its luxurious 4 poster king bed, laundry, lounge / TV room, and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. The upstairs level comprises of two bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms plus a seperate WC. A large open planned kitchen, dining and living area boasts spectacular views of Jervis Bay, with large glass doors opening onto the verandah to really make the most of what this house has to offer.
Outdoor area- Akora at Hyams has a large grassed area at the rear of the property. Please be advised that this area is not fully fenced. There is also an outdoor breakfast bar on the upstairs balcony and a gas BBQ.
Heating and Cooling - Akora at Hyams is equipped with various electric heaters and all of the all upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are also some pedestal fans provided. A large modern ceiling fan in the upstairs living room ensures your ocean breeze is circulated through out the house.
Linen - Akora at Hyamssupplies luxury linen, however, please bring your own beach towels.
Parking - Akora at Hyams has two dedicated parking bays, and a long side drive way providing additional parking for two cars and / or a boat.
Pets - Akora at Hyams is pet friendly on application, subject to the following rules:
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms This is a not negotiable due to the high quality of furniture, in particular the sofas
If your dog will be inside at some stage please provide bedding and limit him or her to one area - ideally downstairs
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Please consider that not all guests bring dogs on holiday and we want everyone to enjoy a clean and fresh home. Please clean up dog hairs or anything else inside the house before your departure
Minimum stay - There is a minimum twonight stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, fournights at Easter and sevennight blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Special information - Please note, that the property has undergone renovations, and at this time, the only bathroom in the downstairs proportion of the house is the ensuite off the main bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms and a seperate WC upstairs.
Internet / Wi-Fi access- Please note, that whilst Akora offers wifi, neither the owners, nor the managing agent guarantee connectivity as Jervis Bay can be intermittent with internet reception.
