Location - Shorelines is located at the bottom of Bayview Street just above the main access to Hyams Beach. It is also an easy walkto the Hyams Beach Cafe or the access point to the National Park. Shorelines is the front unit of two, facing the street.

Configuration - A series of interconnecting indoor and outdoor living/dining areas ensure guests can enjoy company or savour some peace & privacy. There are three queen bedrooms and one 1 x 2 king singles, three luxury bathrooms and a fully equipped laundry. The open plan kitchen comes with all the appliances you will need to put together a simple lunch or produce an award winning gourmet dinner. On cool evenings adjust the louvers, light the fire and indulge in some amazing star gazing. This gracious contemporary home offers a high level of luxury & comfort that is sure to create a memorable holiday for your friends or family.
Outdoors -Shorelines has a large L-shaped deck area, accessed from the living areas of the house, and with direct access to the pool area. A gas BBQ is located on the deck. The pool and pool area isshared with 24b Bayview Ave.
Heating and Cooling -Shorelines is equipped with agas fireplace heater in the living area turned on via a switch on the wall, as well as two moveable electric heaters. For summer, there are ceiling fans for all bedrooms and the living area.
Linen - Linen and bath towels are supplied at Shorelines. Please however remember to bring your beach towels.
Parking - There is secure underground parking for 2cars across 4 car spaces that areshared by arrangement with 24b Bayview. Please do not park in front of the garage doors during your stay, and please note that there is a 2.05m clearance for the car park entrance.
Pets - Sorry, Shorelines is not a pet friendly property.
Minimum stay - There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Internet / Wi-Fi access - please be aware that there is no ADSL in Hyams Beach and poor ADSL internet in most other areas of Jervis Bay. As a result, until the NBN is rolled out, none of our houses offers internet access. If a house has internet, you may use it but with no guarantee by us or the owner re its reliability. If you bring an internet dongle, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise guests go to various cafes in Huskisson, the Sanctuary Point Public Library or the St Georges Basin Country Club - all of which provide free Wi-Fi.
Special Information - as boring as it may be, whilst the owners of the properties take care to keep the houses in good condition and good working order, nevertheless breakages, outages and malfunctions do occur. When this happens, we will rectify a situation as soon as practicable, however our owners cannot accept responsibility for any loss and no compensation will be given. This applies to the property, its inclusions, the supply of utilities, and the functioning of the pool or spa.
