Description

Shanti is a comfortable well priced cottage that has a lovely gardens, especially at the rear. The house is pet friendly and has a fully fenced back garden. Linen and towels are supplied and you are only 200m from Boat Ramp beach.

This property is professionally managed as part of the largest portfolio of 100+ holiday houses in Jervis Bay with its office in Hyams Beach and 7 x 24 customer service.

"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special -this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.

Location - Nestled towards the top of Hyams Road a quiet cul-de-sac and adjoining a lovely creek and natural bushland, Shanti is centrally located relative to the various beaches and the cafe.

Key Features - Shanti has a lovely rear garden, good decking and is a safe, pet friendly option as well.

Configuration - Shanti is a doube storey home. The front door is on ground level and opens into a good sized lounge and tv area, with a door leading through to the single car garage. A shower, loo and laundry are also located on this level, near the rear door that leads out to the back garden. Upstairs the house has a dining room, kitchen, second shower and toilet, the three bedrooms, and an internal sunroom / balcony. The main queen room has its own adjoining deck overlooking the back garden and the creek. There is then a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with a bunk bed and single bed sleeping 3. The house is north facing with good natural light upstairs.

Outdoors - Shanti adjoins a creek and its riverine bush at the rear of the property. There are lovely bush aspects from nearly all parts of the house, and the rear garden is a lovely area to sit and relax under the trees.

Heating and Cooling - 18 Hyams comes with a pedestal fan and wood fireplace.

Linen - Shanti provides linen and bath towels. Please however remember to bring your beach towels.

Parking - There is a single garage for parking and space for 2 more cars in the driveway.

Pets - Shanti is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:

Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house, please keep all dogs downstairs, and absolutely no dogs are allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms

If your dog will be inside at some stage please provide bedding and limit him or her to one area - ideally near the downstairs bathroom / laundry

Part of the yard is fully fenced, but you are responsible for your dog at all times

Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately

Please clean up dog hairs or anything else inside the house before your departure

Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January

Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

Internet / Wi-Fi access- please be aware that there is no ADSL in Hyams Beach and poor ADSL internet in most other areas of Jervis Bay. As a result, until the NBN is rolled out, none of our houses offers internet access. If a house has internet, you may use it but with no guarantee by us or the owner re its reliability. If you bring an internet dongle, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise guests go to various cafes in Huskisson, the Sanctuary Point Public Library or the St Georges Basin Country Club - all of which provide free Wi-Fi.
