Vintage Rose is located in the peaceful northwest corner of Hyams and sleeps 5 in the upstairs only house configuration. It is beautifully decorated and only 1 minute from popular Chinamans beach. The whole house must however be booked during peak season.

Location - Vintage Rose is located at the northern end of Hyams Beach in a quiet street that borders the bush. It is but a short walk to Chinamans and Boat Ramp Beaches and close to coastal walks that access Greenfields and Blenheim Beaches.
Key Features - A smart use of space, this cottage is located on a beautiful block at the back of Hyams Beach. The balcony offers filtered views through to Jervis Bay and above all peace and quiet.
Configuration -Vintage Rose, in its upstairs configuration,has two well appointed bedrooms 1 queen, 1 bunk and a sun room with a single / day bed. There is also a lovely open plan lounge and dining with an adjacent outdoor porch - perfect for alfresco dining.
Outdoors - This property offers a large back lawn with plenty of outfdoor furniture choice.
Heating and cooling - Vintage Rose provide pedestal fans and electric heaters for your comfort upon request.
Linen -Vintage Rose does supply linen for guests. Please however remember to bring your own beach towels.
Parking -Yes there is off street parking for 2-3 cars.
Pets - Sorry, Vintage Rose is not a pet friendly property.
Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Internet / Wi-Fi access- please be aware that there is no ADSL in Hyams Beach and poor ADSL internet in most other areas of Jervis Bay. As a result, until the NBN is rolled out, none of our houses offers internet access. If a house has internet, you may use it but with no guarantee by us or the owner re its reliability. If you bring an internet dongle, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise guests go to various cafes in Huskisson, the Sanctuary Point Public Library or the St Georges Basin Country Club - all of which provide free Wi-Fi.
Special Information - this configuration of Vintage Rose- upstairs only - is available only during shoulder and low seasons, not the peak months of December and January, nor Easter.
