Starfish is a stylish, comfortable, well designed open plan beach house with a lovely garden, great outdoor entertaining area, and views to Jervis Bay.

Location - Starfish is within easy walking distance of beaches, national parks and caf. Located on the lower end of the entry road to Hyams Beach it is very centrally located.
Key Features - Several decks offer a variety of outdoor dining and living options. The feel of the house is spacious and contemporary think solid colours, designer furnishings, beautiful bedding, polished floors, tall ceilings and luxurious bathrooms.
Configuration - Starfish is set over three levels. From the parking platform you enter the middle level which has a spacious open plan living and dining area - opening to a wrap around deck with views through trees to the bay. A gourmet style kitchen equipped with state of the art appliances also makes for easy entertaining. A bathroom with shower and toilet is also on this level. Upstairs you can also wake up to glorious views from the loft style queen bedroom. The lower level of the house has 3 bedrooms, a second bathroom with bath and shower, and a laundry. The main bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed and the third and fourth bedrooms have two single beds each.
Outdoors - At the bottom of the garden set among the trees, overlooking a stream, is an outdoor entertainment platform, equipped with table, chairs, sun lounges, and an inbuilt sink which makes alfresco dining uncomplicated. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after swimming at the beach.
Heating and Cooling - At Starfish, there is air-conditioning, 3 electric heaters and 2 pedestal fans.
Linen - Yes linen is supplied. Please however remember to bring your beach towels.
Parking - Yes there is off-street parking on a platform for 2 cars.
Pets - Pets are not permitted at Starfish.
Minimum stay - There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Internet / Wi-Fi access - Please be aware that there is no ADSL in Hyams Beach and poor ADSL internet in most other areas of Jervis Bay. As a result, until the NBN is rolled out, none of our houses offers internet access. If a house has internet, you may use it but with no guarantee by us or the owner re its reliability. If you bring an internet dongle, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise guests go to various cafes in Huskisson, the Sanctuary Point Public Library or the St Georges Basin Country Club - all of which provide free Wi-Fi.
