Footprints is a modern 4 bedroom house which is split level and has beautiful views over Jervis Bay and out to Point Perpendicular.
There are 3 levels to this property.
On entring the property on the ground level there is a lovely reading room with beautiful leather lounge for relaxing in.
Next to the reading room is a study where you can set up your laptop to use the moniotr and printer if you need to work while away. The double garage is also on this level.
Up around 6 steps takes you into the large open plan Kitchen dining and lounge room which takes in the beautiful views over the bay. There are 2 sets of sliding doors leading off to the large verandah which has a large outdoor dining area and Weber BBQ. The main bedroom and ensuite are on this level with sliding doors that lead out onto the verandah. You can even lie in bed and enjoy the water views.
On entering this level you will find another lounge area with another TV and DVD that can be utiselied by the children.
There are 3 bedrooms on this level and another bathroom, plus the laundry.
The sliding doors off the lounge area go out to another deck with views of the bay.
There a games room in the rear enclosed yard, with a table tennis set and a soccer ball table.
Chinamans Beach is an easy 5 minute stroll from Footprints.
Footprints is large enough for 2 families to share and with plenty of areas so everyone has there own space.

Quality linen is provided ? sheets, pillowcases, quilts, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats & face cloths. Extra blankets are provided.
All properties have the following supplies
Kitchen - Salt & Pepper, Olive Oil, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Pods
Dishwashing Liquid, Dishwashing Tablets, Sponges, Scourer, Multi Spray, Cling Wrap, Foil, Paper Towels & Paper Napkins. Bathrooms ? Guest soap
Unfortunately WIFI is not available at any of the Hyams Beach holiday properties. There have been no available ports in Hyams for the last 10 years and the only option is to wait for the NBN which is still at least
18 months away.
Phone reception in Hyams can be a little frustrating in parts of Hyams Beach. We find the best reception is received from Telstra.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
All properties have a key safe located at the front entrance
The code will be sent by SMS on your arrival day
Only 1 set of keys are supplied. It is advised to leave the keys in key safe when away from the property.
PARTIES & FUNCTIONS
All properties are available for relaxing beach holidays. We do not allow for parties or functions in any way. All properties are surrounded by permanent residents who will contact us if there is an issue with noise levels.
A $125 call out fee will be charged for noise disturbances and / or you will be asked to vacate the property and all monies will be forfeited.
You will be asked to sign an Guest Registration agreement prior to receiving the code to the key safe.
If you are not in agreement with these terms and conditions please do not book as these conditions will be enforced
