The house is set in an area of natural beauty surrounded by kangaroos, pelicans and other wildlife.
This waterfront beach house combines industrial styling with touches of luxury, using natural materials like wood, metal, cotton and linen. it is a blend of industrial elements such as a butler's sink, chalkboard walls and metal light shades with vintage furnishings, including a chandelier, bentwood chairs and art deco mirrors. The rooms are light and sunny with whitewashed timber floors and have been decorated in a neutral palette of oatmeal, charcoal and white.

2 large queen bedrooms with white plantation shutters. One bedroom has a Louis-style sofa, while the other has a leather club chair, second 42" flatscreen TV and large library. Fresh white linen and fluffy towels are provided.
1 bathroom with bath, shower over bath, basin and toilet.
Generous living area contains a sofa with chaise, 42" flatscreen TV and DVD player with iPod dock, dining table and bentwood chairs. There are also board games, books and magazines.
Brand new kitchen with Fisher and Paykel dishdrawer, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery, serving bowls and other assorted kitchen appliances.
Gas BBQ is in a private area at the back of the house.
NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY
PETS PERMITTED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL - there are no fences and native animals frequent the area.
OFF STREET PARKING FOR 2 CARS on the grass in front of the house. Please do not block the driveway.
There is another cottage next door called Edna's at Erowal Bay and this can sleep another 4 adults, so friends can holiday together, but have some privacy.
Check in time is normally 4pm, with departure by 10am. These times may be varied with prior arrangement.

THINGS TO DO
Erowal Bay, St Georges Basin, is 3 hours from Sydney or 2.5 hours from Sydney airport. The area is perfect for walking, playing tennis at the local village courts or relaxing in the sleepy village atmosphere surrounded by kangaroos and other wildlife.
Waterskiing, fishing, canoeing and windsurfing are just some of the activities to be enjoyed on St George's Basin.
Nearby, there is a boat ramp and local store which provided videos, takeaway food, petrol, alcohol and groceries.
Attractions at nearby Jervis Bay (Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach) include dolphin cruises, scuba diving, cafes, restaurants, golf course, movie theatre and supermarket.
Booderee National Park, a 10 minute drive away is a place of outstanding natural beauty.'Booderee' is an Aboriginal word from the Dhurga language meaning 'bay of plenty' or 'plenty of fish'. Booderee is owned by the Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community and has always been a significant place for Koori people. Please care for the land and waters as this is a very special place. Booderee offers a wide range of activities. Learn about Koori culture and traditional foods through Booderee's Aboriginal interpretive program. Enjoy a wide range of walks, surf at Cave beach or swim among the fish in the tranquil waters of Green Patch beach. The historic Cape St George Lighthouse is the perfect location for whale and bird watching.
Visit The botanic Gardens in Booderee National Park (open 9am - 5pm daily) or stop by the visitor centre (9am - 4pm daily.)
This is a lovely property in a stunning location. The interiors are very tastefully decorated and are at the same time comfortable. There is a big comfy bed, charming original bathroom with a big deep bath. All the appliances are there that you need, the owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. I can highly recommend this property
