Just sit on the deck and catch up on that well deserved rest, watch the boats go past on the tranquil waters of the lake or enjoy some invigorating surf ski paddle to one of the islands close by. Relax and read that book that you were going to read but never quite managed to do, or simply enjoy a glass of bubbles amongst friends and family while you watch your kids play in the shallow waters of the lake.
Our comfortably furnished 3 BR waterfront brick house is located at the quiet end of a Cul-De-Sac surrounded by the waters of St Georges Basin. The quality built home accommodates all the family sleeps up to 8 persons.
The spacious living room with leather lounge, 50" Flat Screen TV, DVD- and CD-player opens to a large timber deck overlooking the lake. The 3 double bedrooms are carpeted, the bathroom has a full size spa and a separate shower. The house offers two separate toilets. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped for a holiday household including 4 burner ceramic top stove, grill & oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Electric Frying Pan, Water kettle and Toaster.
The house has a lock up garage with internal access plus some off street parking and is equipped with all modern conveniences, washing machine and a 4 burner gas BBQ. Gas heating is hooked up during the cooler months to make you feel comfortable throughout the year. Everything you want for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The park like setting makes you feel like you are the only people around, but a short walk will have you at the local shops, a modern IGA Supermarket, some Take-Away shops, a pub and a waterfront restaurant. The lake offers safe swimming and fishing or you can play golf at the famous Sanctuary Point Golf course - the home of large mobs of kangaroos, only a short drive away.
You can explore the wonderful and picturesque Jervis Bay National Park offering the whitest sand, magnificent bush walking tracks and a free picnic and BBQ spot at Greenpatch. It's just a short drive to Husskisson and Vincentia to enjoy that rich cup of coffee, do a dolphin watch cruise or just walk along beautiful bay and ocean beaches.
we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at your beautiful holiday house, showing around our English visitor. She was truly impressed by the wildlife in the Jervis Bay National Park.

we were back for the third year now and still enjoy our stay at your comfortable house. The water views are magnificent and soo relaxing, the house is quite well equipped.
