The White House is one of the most luxurious properties available for rent in the Jervis Bay region. Not only is the layout perfect for a family getaway, but the location is second to none. It offers waterfront reserve access to Collingwood Beach with the pristine waters Jervis Bay is famous for.
Privacy has been a key element in the design, once inside you are completely insulated from the outside save for the views which incorporate vistas of Jervis Bay across the shimmering water to the lighthouse on Point Perpendicular.
The White House has accommodation for up to 8 people with all rooms controlled by individually air conditioned. In summer the sea breeze, high ceilings and cool marble floor keeps you at the perfect temperature.

The open plan lounge/dining and kitchen overlooks the beautiful bay with its ever changing moods.
The view whilst cooking up a storm in this gourmet kitchen is indescribable. With a "pyrolytic" oven and a huge double glass door fridge you are certain to eat and drink well whilst holidaying at The White House. A separate cocktail bar is adjacent to the kitchen and pool area.
There is an internal, very private courtyard which has an in-ground concrete plunge pool (1.8m x 2.4m, not heated), sunbathing lounges and a small breakfast table. Child proof self-close security screens lead to the pool area.
An integrated C-Bus music and lighting system allows for piped music to the courtyard, internals and the entertaining deck and allows for dimming of all lights in these areas.
The downstairs living area incorporates the 5 seat home theatre which adults and kids alike will love!
Pay TV is connected to the 50" plasma and the downstairs home theatre and main bedroom. Wireless broadband is available throughout most of the house.
The downstairs retreat contains a Queen bed and 2 single beds. It is perfect for granny and grandpa or a family with 2 kids as there is a kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, microwave and sink, plus full bathroom with bath and dual shower heads.
The White House will sleep up to 8 adults. Infants in their own cots can be additional to the maximum guest limit.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.
- The main bedroom has a Queen bed, ensuite and walk-in robe.
- The second bedroom has a double bed, built in robes and is next door to the main bathroom
- Bedrooms three and four are downstairs, with bifold doors separating the two bedrooms. There is Queen bed in bedroom three, and two King Singles in bedroom four which can also be made as a King bed, if preferred.
BATHROOMS and LAUNDRY
The main bathroom has a spa-bath, separate shower and an integrated laundry with washer/dryer.
There's also an ensuite for the main bedroom and another bathroom downstairs to service Bedrooms 3 and 4.
There is an external shower on the beachside for washing off your sand and salt before stepping back into your oasis.
The undercover deck overlooking the beach has a huge BBQ and outdoor dining furniture therefore perfect for those long lazy summer lunches. Whether it is a hot or rainy afternoon you will be protected from the elements.
The house has a 2 car garage with automatic garage door with a parking space for 1 car and/or boat.
Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.

> ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Wherever possible, we will contact you the day before to offer early arrival and/or late departure.
If you don't hear from us, we ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking (where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm we will let you know that you can check in early). Departure is strictly 10am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
> PARTIES, FUNCTIONS and GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.
> WHAT IS INCLUDED?
We provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will even have the beds made for you when you arrive!
The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is "Spray and Wipe", detergent, dishwashing tablets and dishcloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.
Bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.
There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.
Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost.
If you find something that you would expect to have at YOUR holiday home is missing, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange it.

Please be aware that ADSL (fixed line broadband) internet connections are very unreliable and speeds are significantly slower than metropolitan areas. Unfortunately we have no control over this. There is extensive coverage of Telstra's 4G and 3G mobile network in the area if you wish to use your mobile phone. Where internet is advertised, we do our best to keep it online, however, please don’t plan your holiday around a reliable internet connection.
