A fully equipped kitchen plus a Weber BBQ ensures that life's culinary pursuits can be well catered for if you should so choose. A Nespresso coffee machine allows the enjoyment of a delectable espresso cup of coffee whenever the desire arises.
Austar plus a small library of movies via a 50 inch LCD TV set in the lounge provides quality entertainment for the whole family. A 42 inch TV set in the downstairs queen bedroom provides either private viewing in bed or a place for the kids to be entertained while mum and dad have peace and quite in the lounge. Two DVD players allow hired DVD's from Kangaroo Valley Village to be enjoyed or you can choose from the small in-house library. Enjoyment of your favourite music has not been forgotten with a Bluetooth speaker that will allow you to enjoy your favourite music that is on your own smart device.
SkyView Villa is positioned right on the edge of the golf course but is located in such a manner so as to be completely safe from any stray golf balls. Apart from the golf course the resort offers you bush walks, two tennis courts, a swimming pool, a volley ball court (with beach sand so it can also be used as a giant sand pit for young children) and giant chess for you to enjoy. This is all included in your accommodation except of course the cost of playing golf.
A Huge Selection of Sights, Food and Activities Await you a Short Drive Away
Kangaroo Valley Village is a short 5 minute drive away. The picturesque historic trust listed village offers the visitor many experiences that make a holiday so much more enjoyable. From cafes, pie shop and bakery to lolly emporium and ice cream shop, ensure that both young and old are catered for. The Friendly Inn is a wonderful venue for great outdoor meals in its large garden. Basketball courts and a swimming pool are only five minutes away from the village by foot.
Local country markets are a wonderful day out for delicious delectables and those unusual hard to find bargains. Some of the local markets are:
1) Kangaroo Valley Markets = 2nd Saturday of the month at the Kangaroo Valley Showgrounds, 8.30 am to 2.30 pm (except February). This is a smaller market.
2) Berry County Fair = 1st Sunday of the month at the Berry Showgrounds, 35 Alexandra Street, Berry (except February).
3) Bowral Markets = 2nd Saturday of the month at the Bowral Public School, 8 am to 1 pm (check website for further details).
Across the historic castellated sand stone Hampden Bridge, the Pioneer Museum offers visitors a detailed insight into how the original inhabitants of Kangaroo Valley lived during the late 19th Century and early 20th Century. Filled with many interesting displays plus an optional short bushwalk across a suspended swing bridge, this is a must for all visitors.
The Kangaroo Valley River offers sensational but safe swimming and canoeing. Easy parking and access near the Hampden Bridge make this a great fun day for family and couples like. Tallowa Dam is a beautiful and interesting spot to have a picnic or do some fantastic fishing. See the fish lift that was installed to help conserve local aquatic wildlife. Horse riding and bicycle hire (next to the Pioneer Musuem) will allow you to enjoy the gorgeous valley from a different perspective.
The Lookout Cambewarra Mountain is worthwhile visiting with magnificent sweeping views up and down the coastal plain from high up. The cafe offers a basic selection of cafe fair that will allow you to soak up the amazing views while enjoying lunch.
