Some words from some of our guests ...
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Braebrook. Our family of 5 just loved it We balanced our time between enjoying the amazing scenery on the farm, and swimming in the river nearby. We also took in the stars on the expansive outdoor deck and enjoyed strolling around in the gardens while the kids bounced on the trampoline. You could not ask for anything more in a weekender. The kitchen and dining area were well appointed and perfect for a big family, and the bedrooms and living area were immaculate. The perfect spot for a family getaway.

Braebrook, Kangaroo Valley was the perfect weekend getaway for us. The house is truly beautifully and had everything we needed. We loved being surrounded by wonderful flora and fauna, waking up to birds chirping and being able to spend afternoons in the beautiful backyard picking lemons from the trees and eating them fresh. We also loved that we were able to explore the local Kangaroo Valley community equipped with great cafes, bookstores, kayak rentals and wine tasting ventures Definitely a place of peace and quiet perfect for relaxing and immersing yourself in nature.
DANI, MARRICKVILLE NSW
Nestled in Upper Kangaroo River is this stunning farmhouse, Braebrook. Only ten minutes from Kangaroo Valley township yet a million miles from a care in the world, the property was once the centre point of an original Kangaroo Valley dairy farm and in the 1970s attempts were made to create a micronation on the site Little Scotland. Today it is a beautifully renovated retreat surrounded by 100-year-old fruit trees and serenely situated at the foothills of Upper Kangaroo River.
The home offers three luxurious bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious white timber lined interiors, large wrap around entertaining decks and wood burning fireplace. Braebrook beautifully combines old world charm with modern luxury oversize beds, gourmet kitchen, a magnificent 3.7m wooden dining table from the Royal Botanical Gardens Restaurant, coffee machine and a number of indoor and outdoor daybeds.
Relax under the shade of Australias largest Magnolia tree, enjoy lemons from the 100-year-old tree beside the house and regular visits from kangaroos, wombats, echidnas and a wide variety of native birds. Can you find the Bower bird nest near the creek?
With bush walking, swimming and canoeing on your doorstep Braebrook is a truly magnificent weekend or weeklong experience for couples, small groups of friends or families.
