Rated 5 out of 5 by from Relax, unwind and treat yourself We just finished a 5 day stint at Little pig creek and it as absolutely brilliant. Myself, my fiancee and our little one loved the history, games/dress up boxes and chilling by the fire. Everyday we did something different from completely chilling out, to enjoying kangaroo valleys town, to travelling to Berry and seeing the look out. Everything is mapped out and done for you at Little Pig Creek, we appreciated the history behind the house and the quirky peaceful nature of the whole experience. Anyone wanting to relax and enjoy a warm house full of history cannot go wrong with LPC We will be back Luke, Em and Bodhi x

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Special Treat for the Soul Little Pig Creek is nothing short of pure magic. We spent a winter weekend at this absolutely spectacular cottage for our babymoon. We lay by the fire on the day bed, cooked up a storm in the kitchen, had beautiful warm baths and spent hours admiring the garden where nature is truly alive. There is something quite special about the property - each piece of art/ furniture/timber placed with so much attention and love. It has the holiday vibe of a magical getaway, as well as the warmth and comfort of your own home. We could have spent months at LPC and are so looking forward to visiting again soon with our bub!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Enchanting!! It is not easy to describe the bucolic splendour, tranquility, beauty and otherness of Little Pig Creek. It needs to be experienced firsthand to understand how incredibly special this hidden little corner of the universe truly is. The sleepy, charming little town of Kangaroo Valley sits between two winding, spectacularly vertiginous roads in and out of the rift, each a contender for the most breath-taking drives in Australia. The house itself sits just a single kilometre outside the town, hidden from the road by established trees and the creek which gives the place its name. It is a place of stone and wood, unique and quiet in its stature. Vines cover much of the facade, their amber and gold leaves glinting in the autumn sun. The gardens are a verdant, beautifully kept tumble of citrus trees, pergolas, herb gardens and wooden decks that allow guests to bask in the late afternoon light. A rose bush meanders up one side of the house, a singular pink flower opening towards the sun. Inside Little Pig Creek the rooms flow seeminglessly into one, a Hunter wood burning fireplace the focal point of the east corner, the wicker basket stocked with freshly cut wood for our arrival. A day bed fringes the stone wall; perhaps the most exquisitely comfortable piece of furniture I have ever had the pleasure to experience. The kitchen, replete with a fantastic oven and satisfyingly energetic hob, opens out into a sun room. Two bedrooms are equally spacious and warm and the bathroom, a place of mosaic turquoise and Butler sinks, boasts a free-standing bath and shower, which comes far closer to a wet-room than the modest moniker would suggest. The back of the property opens out across rolling pastures, behind which hangs the Jurassic-like green of the forest that enshrouds the valley. Kangaroos bounce through the moving field as the wind bends the grass to a sea of gold. There is a sense here of something unsaid but felt in every stone and timber, every shard of sunlight and glimmer of star. Little Pig Creek isnt simply a place you visit. It is a place that stays with you forever. It is a place of wonder; a place that weaves itself into you; a place that enchants and spellbinds. It is truly a wonder and I am so thankful that I found it and was able to spend such precious time there.
