Configuration - Waves is a double storey home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, three living areas and two kitchens.Upstairs there is the main bedroom with queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom with spa bath, shower, vanity and toilet. Also on this level is a large combined lounge and dining area with large flat screen digital TV and DVD player.An open plan kitchen with breakfast bar centred in the middle. Quality applicances include a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and pod coffee machine and a second powder room with toilet and vanity off the kitchen. Big picture windows frame the great beach views
Downstairs the main entrance with double doors opens into a large foyer. This leads to the front of the home where there is a second kitchen, second living room with pool table, second TV and lounge. There is a third living area which leads to the fully fenced back courtyard.
Also downstairs are the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms; two queen rooms one with an ensuite, a kids bedroom witha tribunk double on bottom, single on top, two single beds plus a futon lounge that converts to a bed, a main bathroom with shower, vanity and separate toilet and a laundry with washing machine and dyer.
Outdoors - Bi-fold doors open up to a deck off the main kitchen, dining and living area. This deck over looks the fully fenced in ground swimming pool at the front of the property. The pool is surrounded by frangipani trees, an outdoor shower and dining setting. Accesed through the downstairs living area is a fully fenced courtyard with gas BBQ, dining setting and clothesline.
Heating and cooling - Heaters are provided for winter and fans provided for summer. There are ceiling fans in the living rooms.
Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach/pool towel.
Parking -There is garage parking for one car and off street, open air parking for another two cars on the driveway.
Pets - Waves is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
A pet surcharge of $50 applies
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The yard is fully fenced
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/Wifi access - Sorry, this property does not provide wifi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay
