USE THE house as a base for your swimming, surfing, boating, snorkeling, fishing, cycling, golfing or hiking activities, or as a place to relax in the conservatory with a good book, or to just watch the ocean.
FROM HERE you can:
Walk 300 metres to the end of the street and join the Kiama Coast Track to Gerringong or go fishing on the Loves Bay rock shelf
Walk 500 metres the other way to the headland above Easts Beach then down the grassy track to the beach and rocks
Drive for 5 minutes to reach Kiama township, cafes, restaurants, boat harbour, lighthouse, blowhole
Drive for 5 minutes the other way to reach Gerringong township, Werri Beach, cafes etc
Explore the area - Jamberoo Water Park, Saddleback Mountain, Jamberoo township, Shellharbour, Minnamurra Rainforest, take the 2-car diesel passenger train from Kiama to Bomaderry through heritage railway tunnels and beautiful countryside, the Illawarra Fly and Robertson in the Southern Highlands is about 30kms away via Jamberoo Mountain Road.

THE HOUSE layout is as follows:
Downstairs - entry foyer, study/sitting area, 1 bedroom, laundry with toilet, games room with pool table.
Upstairs - kitchen, lounge, dining, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, conservatory, front deck & rear deck.
WE SUPPLY bed linen, pillows, quilts, blankets, tea towels, dishwashing requisites, bathroom towels, handwashing soap; please bring your own beach towels.
In the event you need assistance or information, the owners are nearby and a local manager is close.
This property is suitable for an absolute maximum of 8 persons including children.
The house is 2-storey with one full set of internal stairs and does not have a stair gate.
This residential area is very peaceful and quiet. Our neighbours are not on holiday therefore we do not allow bucks & hens parties, schoolies, large groups, parties or anything that will disturb other residents.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets.
Please refrain from using the barbecue or decks after 10pm and before 7am to reduce noise.
This property does not allow smoking indoors or near open doors or windows.
Regarding OH&S, Fire Safety and local Council rules, you must declare to the owners, managers or caretakers the number of adults & children staying overnight, each night, at this property.
The premises are secured by external 24-hour surveillance cameras.
Please inspect the property on arrival and immediately report any damage or problems to the owner in writing via email or text message.
This property adheres to Stayz guidelines using the Holiday & Short Term Rental Code of Conduct, the House Rules and Terms & Conditions for Bay House Kiama, copies of which will be emailed to you prior to any payment request. Please make yourself and all other guests familiar with the content of these documents as any payment by you indicates your acceptance of same.
Your security deposit of $900 will be refunded promptly after a satisfactory post-departure inspection.
