Configuration - Gull House is a single storey house with a pool. It has 4 bedrooms, bedroom 1 with a queen bed, bedside tables, lights, built in wardrobe, bay window and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with queen bed, built in wardrobe, bedside tables and bedside lights. Bedroom 3 with with 2 Single beds, bedside table, bedside lights, built-in wardrobe and Bedroom 4 with bedside table, bedside lights, built in wardrobe and 2 single beds which can be zipped together to make a King bed if required Bedrooms 3 and 4 are at the other end of the house near family rumpus room.
There are 3 bathrooms, an ensuite to the queen bedroom with spa bath, shower and toilet, bathroom 2, a two way ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet and bathroom 3, the large main bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet.
There are 3 living areas - a family rumpus room which looks out over the swimming pool terrace area and has a large plasma flat screen smart TV, DVD and iPod dock. A separate sitting room with open fireplace, and a large open plan living room with combustion wood fireplace, plasma flat screen TV, DVD and music system.
There is also a separate formal dining area, gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, two wall ovens, fridge/freezer and Aldi coffee machine with pods and a laundry with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, clothes line.
Outdoors - Outside is a solar heated pool to take the chill off the water. The pool is surrounded by landscaped gardens and an undercover deck wraps around the property. There is an entertaining area overlooking the pool with gas BBQ, outdoor table, chairs and lounge
Heating and cooling - In the living room there is a combustion wood fireplace. The bedrooms and living rooms have ceiling fans, and heaters are provided for winter.
Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for 3 cars on the driveway at the front of the house

Minimum stay - There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Year’s Day public holidays.
Internet/ WIFI access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
