Description

Located between two of Kiama's most popular, beautiful beaches, the choice is yours. Surf beach today, Kendalls Beach tomorrow.

Set in a small block of Villa's, Escape on Manning is spacious, clean and well equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a weekend away with friends or an extended family holiday.

In close proximity to the centre of town, access to Kiama's Restaurants, Cafe's and Boutiques is a short walk.

Features Include:

Open plan Kitchen, Dining and Lounge area, which leads to the back deck, where you will find a BBQ and outdoor setting for 8. There is also a small enclosed rear yard with clothesline.

The fully equipped Kitchen comprises dishwasher, full sized fridge, microwave, full oven and gas hot plates. Ample cooking utensils are provided including pots, pans, etc.

A spacious lounge area with reverse cycle air-conditioning, modular leather suite with chaise and ottoman, HD TV with DVD player.

WC facilities are also available on this level.

The dining area seats 6 at table and 4 at the breakfast bar.

Bed Configuration all with pedestal fans:

Main: King bed with ensuite, BIR, Juliet Balcony and HD TV.

Bedroom 2: 2 x King Singles, which can be converted to a King Bed, and BIR.

Bedroom 3: Tri-bunk with Single Trundle and BIR.

Day Room: King Single with Trundle, HD TV with DVD and Playstation.

Portable coil heaters are available in bedrooms and quality linen and towels are provided.

Main Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and hand basin. A hair dryer is also provided.

Off street parking is available in the tandem garage which will easily accommodate 2 vehicles.

Laundry facilities: Washer and Dryer.

Minimum 2 night stay.

Minimum 3 night stay October long weekend and Easter.

Minimum 7 night stay December/January School Holiday period.
