Configuration - La Dolce Vita is a large single storey home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.The master bedroom has a 4 poster queen bed, bedside tables, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, bedroom 2has a queen bedwith built-ins overlooking the garden and pool, bedroom 3has queen bed with built-ins and large screen TV with Wii, and bedroom 4has a queen bed with ensuiteand parents retreat with writing desk and piano.
The main bathroom has alarge bath, shower, vanity and toilet overlooking the gardens, there is a separate powder room with toilet and hand basin and both ensuites have a shower, vanity and toilet.
There are 2 living areas, themain living/dining area is central to the house and has a fireplace.There is also aTV room off the main living area with 42" flat screen TV /DVD, 2 x 3 seater and 2 X 2 seater lounge. There are 2 dining areas and agourmetkitchen with electric hotplates and stove, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge.
Outdoors - La Dolce Vita has3,000 square metres of manicured gardens and lawns with a children's playhouse, and fully fenced 12 x 6 metre pool. There are also deck chairs, an outdoor setting and a 4 burner hooded gas BBQ.

Linen -Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking -There is off street, open air parking for 3 cars on the driveway at the front of the house. The garage is locked and not for guest use

Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/ WIFI access -This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
