Configuration - La Dolce Vita is a large single storey home with four bedooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a fourposter queen bed, bedside tables, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.Bedroom Two has a queen bed with built-ins overlooking the garden and pool.Bedroom Three has a queen bed with built-ins and large screen TV with Wii, and Bedroom Four has a queen bed with ensuite. There is also a parents' retreat with writing desk and piano.
The main bathroom has a large bath, shower, vanity and toilet overlooking the gardens, there is a separate powder room with toilet and hand basin and both ensuites have a shower, vanity and toilet.
There are two living areas, the main living/dining area is central to the house and has a fireplace. There is also a TV room off the main living area with flat screen TV /DVD, two three seater and two seater couches seating two each. There are two dining areas and a gourmet kitchen.
Outdoors - La Dolce Vita has 3000 square metres of manicured gardens and lawns with a children's playhouse, and fully fenced 12 x 6 metre pool. There are also deck chairs, an outdoor setting and a gas BBQ.
Heating and cooling - La Dolce Vita has a fireplace and reverse cycle air conditioning.
Linen -Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking -There is off street, open air parking for three cars on the driveway at the front of the house. The garage is locked and not for guest use.

Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/ WIFI access -This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
