Or just relax with a book or a movie in this brand new, beautifully designed, fully equipped and luxuriously furnished, private quiet apartment.

Or you may like to explore the famous Kiama blowholes, large or small, nearby Minnamurra Rainforest and Falls, the Jamberoo Action Park, historic Berry, Southern Highlands and Kangaroo Valley, are all close by.

Alternatively, stay out of your car, as Kiama town itself offers charming boutiques, restaurants, cafes, gyms, two rock pools, Leisure and Aquatic centre, art galleries and weekly seaside markets.

After all this exhausting holiday activity you will sleep soundly to the lullaby lap lapping of the waves caressing the shores...

OUR MISSION, OUR ASK

It is our mission to provide a place where our guests can have a happy, carefree, healthy and inspiring holiday enjoying the wonderful ambience of the Kiama sea coast. We offer generous and considerate hospitality in a light, airy, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing unit.

For the sake of health, the unit/house is constructed toxin free. No pesticides, or toxic building materials have been used in construction, and low VOC paint and glues used in fit-out.

You will find a minimum of plastics; natural timbers, metals, cotton manchester is used throughout.

For cleaning products we use vinegar, soda bi-carb and eco detergent only. The shampoo/body soap provided is likewise an eco product which is why it does not foam.. .no laurel sulphate.

The house is solar powered and uses rainwater to flush the WC.

The unit is extremely well sound insulated with double walls and engineered sound insulation. This means you can sing, laugh, yell in delight and we will not hear you and similarly you will not hear us.

Please be aware the deck which has chairs on it allowing a child to climb up and supervise children at all times accordingly.

As you can see we feel strongly about the happiness of your stay.

So let us know if you have any concerns or if there is anything we can help with.

In turn, we ask of you that you share our care of the environment by recycling compost, recycling and garbage bins provided, put out lights and respect water usage.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lovely studio with great outlook. The best thing about my stay was the space, eco stance and the view. It is a lovely space albeit all the little reminders around - bit excessive. I understand that the owners want to protect their property/ the environment (as I do) but I think most adults can be trusted to make good decisions and its detailed on both sites and in the instructions. I am a very responsible & rental space respectful person. Shane told me the wifi wasn't working when I arrived but I felt I could live with that if I had a TV/DVD player as indicated in 'features'. Unfortunately, it was very wet most of the 5 days I stayed and the DVD player wasn't working. It was going to take a few days to get it fixed but as that meant I would be without a TV as well I had to ask for it to be done quicker. I felt like I had to insist a bit more than I should given the weather & that I needed to stay in a few days due to medical issues - which I had to uncomfortably explain. Shane offered me his space to make up for it, which I eventually took advantage of & was grateful for and they were respectful mostly giving me privacy but I still felt a little uncomfortable about needing to use their space. Fortunately, the TV/DVD was returned/installed by Shane but I later found the channels weren't set. I followed the instructions a few times but it wouldn't work so I texted Shane to program it because I didn't want to be responsible for challenges or possible damage to the TV. He said he couldn't help at that time, so I contacted my husband and eventually we worked it out (the cable had been incorrectly connected & the channels had not been reset). It took a while though which was frustrating. Shane reminded me to make sure the windows were shut a few times, once on arrival and then by text & I felt I was adult enough to do this or at least once asked on arrival, regardless of the rain. I was also asked to keep the main door locked at all times and there's also a note on it saying keep it locked at all times so I had to text and advise that someone was leaving it unlocked as it led directly to my space. Shane seems nice enough but I feel he could trust people a little more and when things go wrong with a rental property they should be attended to with a little more priority (given the presenting circumstances), not pushing by the person staying. I didn't like having to do that but felt it was not forthcoming without that. With prior organisation and agreement, due to dietary restrictions/my chronic medical condition, instead of the food etc. on arrival Shane helped me with my suitcase & esky, so I was grateful. It wasn't as relaxing as I'd planned (regardless of the weather)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely apartment, friendly hosts. Very enjoyable place to stay. It is actually an isolated part of the house where the hosts live, but with great privacy. First floor, very generous beds. We slept like kings on a huge super king size bed that was hand crafted by the owner. Will sleep 2+2+1(kid size couch) comfortably. The kitchen is a kitchenette, that might matter if you plan to self cater, but good enough to make coffee and toasts - by the way we were greeted with complimentary home-baked bread (what a treat!) with butter, and a bottle of wine, and basics like coffee, teas, oil, salt etc were provided as well for our comfort. The balcony is quiet small but has a great water view and gas bbq. The bathroom is state of art. Beaches, shops, cafes are minutes away. Bottom line: great location for a short stay like ours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful stay in Kiama A great location, overlooking the beach. Close to the Kiama cafes and shops, with a nice, decent walk along the beaches taking you to the lighthouse and blow hole. Comfortable bed, nice bath, cute little kitchen. The owners made me feel like they really cared about our stay, leaving wine, bread, tea, eggs, muesli, fruit (etc.) there for us to enjoy. I would come back to Kiama and stay in this property without hesitation.
