The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.

Location -Please scroll down to see this property's exact location on Google maps. The Sebel harbourside 301 is a privately owned apartment inside the Sebel Hotel at Kiama. It is located right on the harbour at Kiama with great views and is a short walk to town or the beach.

Key features - Sebel Harbourside 301 is in a great central location for those who want to be within easy walking distance of all amenities. The studio apartment is stylishly furnished with great views from the balcony.

Configuration -Sebel Harbourside 301 is a King bed-sized studio apartment that features an open plan layout, ensuite bathroom including bath and separate shower.

The kitchen includes 2 stove top electric cooking rings, an oven, a dishwasher and a bar fridge.

Outdoors -large outdoor balcony with alfresco dining table and chairs.

Heating and cooling -Sebel Harbourside 301 has reverse cycle airconditioning

Linen -Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel

Parking - There is under cover parking in the security car park for 1 car

Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January

Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Internet/WiFi access - WiFi is available for purchase from the front desk of the Sebel Hotel.Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

Please note -

Although the apartment is situated within the Sebel Harbourside Hotel, it is privately owned therefore access to room service,mini bar, movies on demand and daily housekeeping is not available

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great stay Stayed for a few nights on November Arrival and departure were super easy On site parking was great Accommodation was very comfortable Apartment was clean and in a fabulous location Had all the facilities you could want Large balcony was great - except for the weather Surrounded by heaps of places to eat and drink Highly recommended

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Habour View we stayed for 2 night stay - very clean room Awesome Harbour Views specially having a balcony so you can have lunch and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, Little noisy neighbors, Wish we had some extra clean towels, we had a phone call from reception regarding this but they didn't know how to tranfer the call, so i just gave up, the excuse they gave me that they don't have nothing to do with the property. A little concern with the front of house reception at the SEBEL- Which i believe only one lady who works at the SEBEL Hotel know where we was going if it wasn't for her we be lost while i was talking to South Coast Head office, she helped us alot i wish i knew her name, other hand the guy we spoken before wanted us to drive the other side of the street where owner occupants where living (house properties) he literally didn't know and worse of all he went back of house to ask where our room was which that person didn't know and told us another location around the corner, this is the guy who gave us a run around with our luggage was very unpleasant he was very unprofessional,he saw me the next day and never apologized. Other than that the room was perfect for us if your looking for a place with a view and a get away from the city life for the weekend. Please note SEBEL HABOUR FRONT RECEPTION have got nothing to do with the room we stayed in, South Coast and them are two different businesses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sebel in Kiama We loved at stay at the Sebel in Kiama. The room was perfect with amazing views and was exactly what we were after. We will definitely come back to stay.
