The fourbedrooms are comprised oftwoqueen bedrooms, onedouble bedroom and oneking single bedroom. Downstairs hasalaundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and an additional toilet and shower.
Outdoors -There is a large rear area for relaxing / outdoor dining with a BBQ. There is also a good sized back yard for the kids to play in and explore.
Heating and cooling -Heaters are provided for winter comfort,. There areceiling fans and air conditioning for summer.
Linen -Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking -There is off street, open air parking for up to threecars on the driveway
Pets - Hello Kiama isa pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
A pet surcharge of $50 applies
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The yard is fully fenced
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Minimum stay -There is a minimum twonight stay for all bookings, which changes to threenights on long weekends, fournights at Easter and sevennight blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WIFI access -This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the ownercanguarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
