Make your next holiday in Chapter Four's ideal location between Kiama's Kendalls and Easts Beach, with only a few minutes walk to each. The coffee or wine drinker need only meander across the road to a warm welcome at Jamie & Bruce's Art Bar & Cafe, followed by a stroll down to the iconic Little Blowhole which is often said to be more impressive than it's big brother over at the lighthouse.
This newly renovated holiday home ticks all the boxes for your stay. Upstairs you'll find three good size bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite, private balcony, walk in robe and cable television. The second bedroom has a double bed wtih plenty of wardrobe space and the third bedroom is for the kids - with a triple bunk (single, double and trundle).
Downstairs we have two separate living areas, a brand new kitchen, cable television, fantastic north facing covered outdoor area and a fully equipped laundry with separate toilet.
Chapter Four can sleep up to eight people, but please note that our indoor and outdoor dining tables seat six people, with two bar stools at the kitchen bench.
Listen to the Lorrikeets that sing in the garden, enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine as you cook on the barbeque, or simply relax with a choice of reading material provided.
A single garage and extra parking space complete the picture.

Kiama is a classic seaside town 120km south of Sydney with great beaches surrounded by pastures and forests. Take in the area's stunning coastline along the Kiama Coast Walk and visit the Kiama Blowhole and Lighthouse.
Kiama is famous for its blowhole. On the cliffs at Blowhole Point, waves surging into an underground cavity are compressed and forced upwards, exploding high into the air and accompanied by a loud 'oomph'. The strength varies according to the wind, waves and tides, and when it's pumping, it always draws a crowd.
Situated on Blowhole Point adjacent to the Visitors Centre, the Pilot's Cottage Museum tells the story of Kiama's colourful past, from the time of the cedar cutters to the basalt quarrymen and dairy farmers. Kiama Terrace, the row of weatherboard cottages along Collins Street, was constructed in 1886 to house quarry workers and their families. Don't miss the Kiama Lighthouse. Nearby, Gerringong, Gerroa and Shellharbour are worth a visit.
The best way to experience the natural beauty around Kiama is on foot on the Kiama Coast Walk. Beginning at Minnamurra, this spectacular 22 km weaves past headlands, rivers and beaches to Blowhole Point, before pressing on towards the beautiful bays and beaches around Little Blowhole and the rolling escarpments of Gerringong.
The Kiama Coast Walk is broken into three sections. The first is from Minnamurra to Blowhole Point and takes about three hours. Start at the mouth of the Minnamurra River before heading south and you'll pass Jones Beach, Cathedral Rocks, Bombo Beach and Kiama Harbour. Continue until you get to theKiama Lighthouse and Blowhole Point. Visit the Boneyard, Bombo Quarry and Spring Creek Wetlands on your journey. As well as walking, you'll be able to swim or snorkel at various spots along the way.
The second section from Blowhole Point to Kiama Heights is a 90 minute walk through waterfront reserves - Storm Bay, Surf Beach, Kendalls Beach, Easts Beach and Loves Bay - connected by headlands. Take a break at the Little Blowhole midway along this route.
The third section takes you from Kiama Heights past Werri Lagoon and Werri Beach and on to nearby Gerringong. This six kilometre stretch along cliff tops with ocean views takes about two hours to complete. Markers featured every kilometre explain the fascinating history and geology of the area. Upon reaching Werri Lagoon and Werri Beach, continue on a little further.
Gerringong is another 2.5 km along Werri Beach and up the southern headland to the whale-watching platform, found at the end of the cemetery. This is a popular spot during whale season, between May and November.
Continue a further 1.5 km down Belinda Street to the railway station to complete the loop, or continue on to Gerroa, which is another 45 minutes walk from Gerringong, and Seven Mile Beach past the golf course.
Make sure you have a safe and enjoyable day out on the Kiama Coast Walk. Take water with you, use sun protection, suitable footwear and be prepared for wet weather.
The Kiama Blowhole is a natural rock formation where water spouts 20 metres or more into the air. Located next to Kiama Lighthouse at Blowhole Point, the spectacular display is most impressive when seas run from the southeast. The area is floodlit until 1am, making the blowhole a stunning night-time attraction too.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or the number subsequently agreed in writing or email. Loss of $500 security bond will apply for additional guests not agreed to with the owner in advance. Chapter Four accommodates eight guests with a maximum of 6 adults within a group of eight. This policy is enforced by Kiama Council's Short Term Holiday Rental agreement.
Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. Chapter Four maintains a strict NO PARTY POLICY; we reserve the right to terminate accommodation without refund at any time. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your security deposit and/or additional payments.
Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the guest's responsibility during their stay. The cost of replacement will be borne by the guest.
Chapter Four is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY. Smoking is not permitted at any time within the home. Failure to comply will result in additional cleaning cost of $250.00.
We request that the home be left in a reasonable and clean state. If the home requires additional cleaning or items are missing or damaged, you may be liable for reasonable costs determined by Chapter Four.
Departure: The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of the security deposit.
Parking is available in the garage (small car only) or directly in front of the garage, allowing for occupants next door to freely move their own vehicle in and out. Parking whereby you are blocking the neighbour's access is strictly prohibited. Street parking is available.
Linen is supplied by Chapter Four.
Pets are strictly not allowed on the premises, including backyard.
No illegal substances are permitted on the property.
The owner takes no responsibility for the guest's personal property.
