Key features - Modern, chic furnishings with floorboards throughout this home and plenty of glass allowing natural light, the two huge timber decks flow directly from the two large living areas - one upstairs and one downstairs. The Coast House includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, which overlooks the upstairs deck and entertainment area, two large living areas with huge flat screen TVs in both, fenced garden for the kids as well as a Foosball table downstairs.
Configuration - The Coast House is a two storey, four bedroom house with two living spaces. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and one bathroom; a queen, a queen with a single bed, a single room and a bathroom with shower, vanity and separate toilet. Also on this level is the main open plan living/diningarea, with TV, leather couches, arm chairs, dining table to seat eight, and views across the water. The retro kitchen flows off the living area and has an oven,cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Downstairs there is a fourth king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, main bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet, and washing machine/dryer. Also on this level is a second living area with TV, wrap around couch and foosball table.
Outdoors - Upstairs is a deck with stunning views across the bay, rocky headland and beach. Downstairs is a second undercover deck with dining table, chairs and gas BBQ. This deck overlooks the fully fenced backyard opening down to Easts Beach Reserve.
Heating and cooling - The Coast House has reverse cycle air conditioing and ceiling fans in the upstairs living/dining area. There are also celing fans in the bedrooms and under floor heating in the downstairs bathroom.
Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, sheetsbath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for two cars on the driveway.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak Changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay
