Configuration - The Waters is a 2 storey, 3 bedroom town house.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one queen room with bedside tables, bedside lights, drawers, walk-in robe, flat screen TV, IPod dock, portable air-con unit and view over townhouse complex. The other 2 bedrooms have Tri - bunks double below, single above.
Also on this level are 2 bathrooms, one is an ensuite to the queen room with shower, vanity and toilet, and the main bathroom with spa bath, separate shower, vanity and toilet.
Downstairs is the combined living/dining and kitchen space.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Woolworths pod coffee machine, sandwich press, coffee plunger and double door fridge. The dining table has seating for 8 and the lounge area has sofas to seat 6, an IPod and IPod nano dock, PS3 and games, Wii and games, flatscreen TV and DVD player, and a selection of books and DVDs. There is also a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum 3 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Year’s Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
