Configuration 8 on Chapman is the perfect home for your getaway. At the front of the house there is a large living area that opens onto the front deck, which has views of Kendalls Beach. There is an open plan kitchen and dining area and a second lounge that overlooks the backyard and opens onto the undercover outdoor dining area. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king bed you can catch glimpses of the ocean from bed and an ensuite. Bedroom two has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite. There is a large family bathroom complete with a bath tub and walk in shower.
Outdoors The whole family can enjoy being outdoors at 8 on Chapman. You can choose to relaxin the deluxe swim spa, or set the current if you would like to exercise. You will also find an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. There is a large, undercover outdoor dining area perfect for barbequing. The yard is fully fenced.
Heating and cooling There is reverse cycle aircon in the two lounge areas for year round comfort. You will also find ceiling fans in the master bedroom and queen bedroom. All of the windows and doors have fly screens so you can catch the breeze.
Linen Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking There is enough space to park one car on the driveway. Additional vehicles will need to park on the street.
Pets 8 on Chapman is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The yard is fenced
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Minimum stay- There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day- Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access-This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
