The upstairs living area - including lounge, dining, kitchen and 2 balconies - offers views directly across to Kiama Harbour and its iconic light house, as well as Bombo, Bass Point, Black Beach and Kendalls Beach. This is a magical spot for whale watching during the season. From the front of the property you can see Saddleback Mountain and the rolling hills surrounds. It is a short walk downhill to the local cafes, shops and park. Kiama Station is a 10min walk. The nearby towns of Gerringong, Gerroa and Berry are all only a short drive away.

Configuration - Casa Robinson is a split-level home. Every bedroom is themed. Upstairs you will find bedroom one, the Gold Room, which has a queen bed and direct access to the combined bathroom/laundry/powder room. Bedroom two, the Africa Room, can be configured either as two extra-long singles or one king size bed. The photographic gallery runs along the hallway outside these bedrooms.
Upstairs is the open plan kitchen, living and dining area all with stunning ocean/Black Beach views with access to 2 upstairs balcony, one with barbeque and relaxing area; the other is an all-weather dining area the perfect spot to whale watch over breakfast
Downstairs is bedroom three, the Indigo Room, with a queen bed. There is also a bathroom, with a bath and step in shower and a nautical themed second living area, the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the local sites. You can even enjoy a friendly match with a fellow guest on the foosball table.
Bedding configuration - Please note that bedroom two can be made up as a king bed if required. The default configuration is single beds. Please let us know yourpreference at the time of making your booking.
Outdoors - Downstairs has a secured, fully fenced backyard and undercover seating area with an outdoor lounge and butterfly chairs. Upstairs, BBQ on the balcony or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the view.
Heating and cooling - There is reverse cycle ducted air conditioning in the upstairs living area. The two upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans. All upstairs windows have flyscreens. Downstairs lounge has a wall mounted Nobo electric heater.
Linen - Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking There is parking for 2 cars on the drive plus out the front parking.

Minimum stay- There is a minimum two-night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven-night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day- Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access- This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
