POSITION! POSITION! POSITION! A wonderful beachfront property with premium panoramic ocean and beach views at great value. Jones Beach has surf club amenities and is surf club patrolled in Summer till after Easter. My husband says - "If you are going to holiday at the beach it is a must to be able to see it. And not just a glimpse". It is minutes away from the Minnamurra river and the Kiama golf club. It is not up a hill or behind a train track. You can walk to Sand, Surf, flags, food, drinks and views all within 150 - 300 meters.
Aspect on Jones' Beach is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 brand - newly renovated Bathrooms & 2 toilets. Property is decorated in bright beach house style with polished floorboards. 2 Queen sized bedrooms and 1 x Tri Bunk-bed, bedroom ie. (Double bed with single above). Comfy King Coil mattresses will ensure a great nights sleep, as will the privacy blinds. It will accommodate 6 adults or 7 people including children. It has an open plan living area with 2 x 3 seater sofas and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with dishwasher and reverse cycle air conditioning. Pantry items are supplied as to help with some cooking needs. Welcoming tea and coffee facilities are there. Bath towels are provided. All you have to bring is yourself and Bed linen or Bed linen can be hired at $20 per bed and $10 for the bunk.
Aspect on Jones' Beach has a north-east aspect and receives excellent natural light, especially in winter. There is parking for cars or even a boat. ***Fully fenced back yard for children with a side entrance to the house. If the house front is locked - house and the yard is closed off - so children can come and go to and from the yard.***.
***Linen can be hired.
The house is 300m from local shops and the playground equipment is a delight to the children.
The well known rocky outcrop called Cathedral rocks is 3 minutes walk along the beach. The property is opposite bicycle and walking tracks. These lead to beautiful cliff walks which culminate where the sea meets the picturesque Minnamurra river. Or for the dedicated you can walk at least 20km along the coast-line to Gerringong.
On this walk dolphins and whales have been observed.
The river, in summer is usually full of swimmers, boaties and Kayaks. Excellent boat, car park, BBQ and even tennis court facilities exist here.
Beach, rock fishing and river fishing are also close. It is within metres if you can tackle that. However I catch mine at the fish and chip shop.
The holiday house is suited to couples, families or a small group of friends.
