Jardine De La Mer is a 3 bedroom holiday home located in the centre of Kiama. The property is only a short stroll to Kiama s retail district, Restaurants and Parks it is also only 5 minutes’ drive to the beach and Harbour.
Jardine De La Mer is fully furnished complete with home away from home comforts. The main bedroom has an ensuite & built in robe, with stunning views over Kiama toward the harbour. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, while the third bedroom has a single and a built in wardrobe. The second bathroom is complete with shower, bath, toilet and vanity that service the rest of the house. There is also a laundry upstairs so you don’t need to venture downstairs to do your washing.
Our kitchen is fitted with the latest appliances and plenty of cookware and utensils to whip a great holiday meal. Lounge area has a large flat screen T.V. The stack fold doors open up to the entertaining/outdoor area which has an outdoor fireplace, large Bar B Q, dinning setting and day bed, with spectacular views of our beautiful coastline. At 75 Collins Street, we want you to relax and enjoy your surroundings. In the back courtyard you will find the outdoor shower, and another dining area. The property has a large back lawn/garden and a downstairs Loo.
All linen and towels are provided.
Maximum occupancy is 5 people. There is a single mattress available under the other single bed but no linen or towel is provided for that.

Pets are allowed as long as the owners take full responsibility for cleaning up after them which includes the yard. Any additional cleaning or damages may have a fee.
