The house has two double bedrooms, a lovely open plan living and dining room with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open onto the view, a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances (including a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine), an updated bathroom and a large deck overlooking the water with a BBQ and outdoor setting for six. There is also a laundry and additional toilet downstairs.
Bedroom 1 - queen sized bed (sleeps 2) with large wardrobe. This bedroom has lovely water views and direct access to the deck.
Bedroom 2 - bunk bed with trundle bed (sleeps 3) plus a cot and change table. This bedroom also has a tall chest of drawers and a clothes rack.
Listen to the waves from the main bedroom and living room or enjoy a beautiful sunset while eating dinner on the deck. Watch out for local wildlife, including a family of kangaroos that frequently visit the garden, a resident blue tongue lizard and lots of birds. Enjoy the flat screen TV, DVD player, bluetooth Bose speaker, games, puzzles and books.
Waverton is ideal for couples and families. For those with young kids, the house is set up with a cot, change table and highchair. There are also lots of kids books, games and toys. The living areas and bedrooms are all on one level and there is a gate to secure the deck.
The house is open plan with large windows and glass sliding doors, allowing for water breezes and cross ventilation to keep the house cool during summer. Each room also has a fan and heaters are available during the cooler months.
There is enough space for several cars to park, but access to the garage is NOT included.
