This private duplex is near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The living area overlooks the beach with views across the bay and out to the Tollgate Islands. Near new, fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen providing a coffee pod machine that accepts Vittoria pods for your use, an open plan living area that walks out to the deck where you can sit and enjoy a BBQ in the balmy afternoons. Two out of the three bedrooms you can open the doors and step out onto the patio and be minutes from the beach All living is upstairs with the bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs.

The beautiful Beach of "Long Beach" is over a mile long, so come and enjoy life on the beach. Its wonderful swimming for young children for its gentler waves and its golden sand. Great rock formations to explore above and below the water. In the early morning you might catch a glimpse of the dolphins splashing and playing. This property is beautifully presented. There is a high chair and a port-a-cot for your use.

BEDROOMS Linen is not included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels, Master Bedroom: Double size bed, with ensuite that walks out to the back patio- Bedroom Two: Double size bed can walk out to back patio. Bedroom three- 2 single beds

BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY Downstairs separate laundry fully equipped with a top loader washing machine and dryer. Main bathroom - shower toilet and the ensuite has a shower, bath, and toilet. There is a third toilet located upstairs in the living area.

OUTSIDE there is a lovely balcony to sit on and enjoy the breeze whilst relaxing you have direct access to walk to the beach from your back yard, so you will never be short of anything to do. A single lock up garage for your convenience.
