This original older style home offers budget accommodation, but enables the whole family to enjoy a holiday, with filtered views of the ocean from the back deck. And only round the corner a short walk to Garden Bay. Downstairs, is a bedroom, bathroom and small kids TV area.
On the first level you will find a dining room and kitchen lounge area. Two bedrooms a second bathroom, an outside back deck, with filtered views and a large yard to play many outdoor games in. This house is a 2 minute drive to Mosquito Bay shops where you will find a boat ramp and bakery/cafe.
BEDROOMS This home will sleep up to 8 People Linen is not included. This includes sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels. Doonas & doona covers are provided one per bed. Bedroom 1 located upstairs: Queen sized bed. Bedroom 2: located upstairs 2 sets of single bunks - Bedroom 3 located downstairs: Queen Size bed.
BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY There are 2 bathrooms in the property. The main bathroom upstairs which has a bath, shower and toilet. The other downstairs has a shower toilet. The laundry is located in the lockup garage in a purpose built cupboard a washer and dryer for your use.
OUTDOORS Off street parking available. BBQ located in garage for your use.
