Designed for a single, couple or small family holiday rental, or an executive long stay. Positioned six houses up the northern headland from Malua beach pictured. Direct access to the beach by walking down the headland from the backyard. Retro exterior with modern interior. The comfortable interior commands a stunning panoramic view southward over Malua Beach and out to the ocean. Watch for whales, dolphins or just watch the beach and ocean. This idyllic view is accessible from the main bedroom, seaside balcony, lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The house is clean with neat, well maintained gardens. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom is on the seaside with a queensize ensemble as pictured on the website and built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double-decker bunk as pictured. The kitchen and bathroom are new. There is a laundry with an extra shower downstairs. The driveway is paved and long enough for off street parking for two cars. There is a studio lower level with its own access that is available for an additional amount.
All beds are supplied with pillows and doonas. BYO sheets, pillow cases, towels and groceries.
No smoking in the house. Smokers may bring their own ashtrays and smoke outside.
The house is only available for a minimum of a week unless the booking is within 4 weeks, when weekend or short stay bookings are available. An additional cleaning fee of $80 applies for these short stay bookings.
2pm check in first day and 10 am check out last day. Flexible by prior arrangement outside school holidays: we need to keep our cleaner informed. $40 for late check out by mid-day or $70 for a late checkout by 2pm.

Malua Beach pictured is situated in the Malua Bay stretch of coastline 15 kilometres south of Batemans Bay. So, by car, it is 15 minutes from Batemans Bay, about 2 hours and 15 minutes from Canberra and 4 and a half hours from Sydney. Murrays bus service from Canberra stops and picks up at two places along Malua Bay - ask for the Malua Beach stop. The beach has a surf life saving club, who set up flags and watch over swimmers daily during the summer and Easter school holidays. The beach is ideal for general swimming, body surfing, board riding, kayaking, snorkeling and diving. The local shops are a 10 minute stroll from the house; they include an IGA with extended hours, a butcher, a newsagent, a bottle shop, a cafe, take-away and a small restaurant with a charming character. There is another restaurant at the Malua Bay Bowling club 1 kilometre inland. Further facilities, should you want them, are a short drive away at Batemans Bay. There are also many other attractions within a short drive: Fishing trips can be arranged at Batemans Bay or south at Maruya. Mogo zoo, Mogo gold fields, Batemans Bay Bird Sanctuary, Shell Museum.
