Number19 is situated in a leafy, quiet cul-de-sac on a large block of land- with space to roam, ideal for a family or small group seeking a simple, no-fuss, no worries getaway.
With an expansive front verandah, perfect for a morning cuppa or afternoon drink, the house welcomes you as you arrive for your relaxing stay. Perched high on the block, with a peaceful outlook, the home offers a comfortable living area, generous dining space and a simple open plan kitchen with the basics for everything you need. BBQ also available.
The bedrooms are simple and tidy- two queen beds, and an option for 2 single beds or join together- flexible to your needs. Portable cot available on request. Air conditioning available for all year round comfort.
The back deck offers a perfect extension of the simple lifestyle- lazy breakfasts in warm morning sunshine, outdoor dining or evenings enjoying the beautiful nights- the nightsky and array of stars are amazing. Lull to sleep with sounds of the ocean wafting through the village.
Number19 welcomes your small or large, well behaved dog - although please keep in mind the property is not fenced, and outside only please. Please provide your own pet bedding and food & water bowls, and please pick up after your pet- on the beach and around the garden.

Walk to the Beach
Across the road is a short cut through the track to the magnificent Manyana Beach- enjoy this pristine surf beach, walk to Green Island or just laze around, swimming and surfing.
A short drive will find you at any of the amazing locations very close by- Inyadda Beach, Bendalong township, Washerwoman's Beach, The boat ramp, Monument Beach, Berringer Lake, Lake Conjola or Cunjurong- your biggest trouble will be choosing which location to enjoy Explore the numerous secluded beaches and coves, depending on what you are after- famous surf breaks or calm lake waterways.
The options are endless- beach and bushwalking, swimming, surfing, snorkelling, fishing, boating, SUP, pushbike tracks or take in the wildlife that abounds in this natural paradise- look out for kangaroos, spot dolphins and whales, visit the stingrays at the Boat Ramp or watch & hear the amazing array of birdlife.
So much to see and do- close by or not too far….
Manyana is perfectly situated to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the surrounds, or stretch yourself further afield to local attractions in Milton and Ulladulla or beyond. Enjoy sumptuous dining experiences, explore the local towns and villages, such as Mollymook, Narrawallee or Sussex Inlet, climb Pigeon House Mountain or head further south to attractions such as Bateman's Bay and Mogo Zoo.
