With well equipped kitchen and central court yard, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, laundry with washing machine and external clothes line. Off street parking is also available for guest use, you couldn't ask for more.

A newly renovated external sleep out is located on the property allowing for an additional 2 guests who are looking for some privacy. Featuring a queen bed and ensuite leading off the paved courtyard. Prices for this additional sleep out are $80 per night 2 night minimum Discounts available for longer stays.

Located next door to the Minnamurra Boat Ramp, Tennis Court, Picnic Area, Childrens Park and direct access to the Coastal Walking Track.
