Our home is close to pristine beaches, and comprises 3 spacious bedrooms and a loft used for a 2nd queen bed. This home is a two-storey beach house, with en-suite, main upstairs bathroom, 2 showers, 3 toilets and 1 external shower.
Stroll 5 minutes to the pristine waters & sands of S Narrawallee Beach 500m, Mollymook Beach 1km or beautiful Narrawallee Inlet 1.5km.
Perfectly sized for a family of 4 adults & 3 children, quality furnishings & bedding, with all the comforts a relaxing holiday demands.

Bedroom 4 = 1 queen bed the loft is a separate area but it is not enclosed as it has a sloping roof line
My relaxing home is ideally suited for up to 2 couples and 3 children. Extra persons above 2 are charged at 5 the nightly rate per person per night. However, this is waived for any children under 2 years.
What bedding / linen is provided:-
Doonas for Winter / light covers for Summer, pillows, mattress protectors & pillow protectors. Fitted sheets, cover sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, washers, bathmats & tea towels.
We do not have air conditioners only a fan for upstairs, but there is good air flow. On hot days we highly recommend the local clubs such as Mollymook Beach Golf Club with its superb views.
The backyard is 'dog friendly' with a secure fenced & gated area, however we insist that dogs not be allowed inside the house. Please discuss dogs beforehand, as some have caused external damage in the past. The middle part of Narrawallee Beach is 'dog friendly' and permits off leash dogs. Off-leash exercise area times for the Narrawallee Beach designated area are 6pm - 8am from 1 Oct - 30 Apr.
Located just 2.5 hrs some 220km easy drive from Sydney or Canberra is pristine Narrawallee Beach. Narrawallee is adjacent to Mollymook & located between the historical village of Milton & the fishing village of Ulladulla.
With its crystal clear waters & pure white sands, Narrawallee Beach is the perfect holiday destination offering ideal swimming conditions, numerous surfing spots, kids safe swimming patrolled during summer, Christmas & Easter holidays & a variety of rock pools to explore. All of this whilst remaining secluded & unspoiled.
There is everything here from swimming, surfing, snorkelling, diving, fishing, boating, golf & bushwalking.

There is a beachfront 9 hole golf course at Mollymook Beach with beautiful ocean views from the Mollymook Golf Club; & the 18 hole Hilltop championship golf course nearby.
There are many great restaurants including the award winning Bannisters Lodge Restaurant & Bar 1km offering world class cuisine & service, plus numerous cafes & clubs offering excellent food & great value. Bannisters' restaurant is run by the UK TV celebrity chef Rick Stein. There is also the newly built Bannisters Pavilion 500m offering a pool bar & restaurant, located at Tallwood Ave shops.
The historical village of Milton offers unique antique & craft shops; while Ulladulla offers a beautiful harbour, movie theatres, Timezone entertainment, shopping & a skateboard park.
The surrounding area offers numerous 4WD trails, walks, climbing at Pigeon House Mountain, horse riding, deep sea fishing charters & a short drive to Burrill Lake for fishing, picnics & bike riding. There is even a paved pathway from near this property all the way to Mollymook Beach & beyond.
